Rogue Community Health seeks a Site Medical Director to lead the Medford Health Center, ensuring clinical best practices and supervising providers within a team-based, patient-centered medical home.

You will work with the CMO and HCD to maintain high-quality care for underserved patients across on-site and virtual services, while aligning with organizational goals and community health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible within one year of employment in Family Practice or Internal Medicine.
• Completion of a residency program as an MD or DO is required.
• Current unencumbered Oregon medical license, DEA, NPI, and BLS certification.

Rogue Community Health has an amazing opportunity for a Site Medical Director to join our Medford Health Center Team! Help support our mission to provide quality healthcare and services to the most vulnerable in our community.

In conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Health Center Director (HCD), this position will ensure the implementation of current clinical best practices and provide leadership and supervisory support to assigned providers while functioning as a primary care physician in a team based, patient-centered medical home.

Rogue Community Health offers essential primary and preventative care services to ensure that all patients, including those who are medically underserved, have continuous access to high-quality health care, including on-site and virtual primary and preventative medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, and community outreach.

EDUCATION:Graduate of an accredited medical school. Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible within one year of employment in Family Practice or Internal Medicine

EXPERIENCE: Completion of a residency program as an MD or DO is required.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:Current unencumbered Oregon medical license, DEA, NPI, and BLS certification.
