Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support marketing package compliance and owner programs. The role manages BBB cases, researches disputes, and coordinates updates to communications with Legal and business owners.

The analyst will handle high-volume email, maintain audit-ready records, and participate in cross-functional reviews to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume inbox, multiple cases, and deadlines.
• Strong research and analytical skills to review records from multiple sources.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail with documentation and file management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional groups.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage BBB complaints from intake through response and closure; gather records and track deadlines.
• Research credit card disputes and chargebacks; compile evidence and summarize findings.
• Process package campaign changes for owners in designated systems with proper approvals.
• Coordinate updates to Details of Participation and customer-facing communications with Legal and business owners.
• Monitor high-volume inboxes; prioritize by urgency and deadlines; maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Identify trends and recommend process improvements; communicate risks to management.
