Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant community work experience or equivalent.
• High school graduate with six years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination.
• At least one year of experience if using the first qualification option.

Responsibilities

• Analyze adherence to DOC policies and procedures and assist in reviews after Use of Force incidents.
• Develop and manage audit tools to review operations related to the Nunez Decree.
• Maintain dashboards and reports for department leadership and Federal Monitoring Team.
• Generate reports and data for the Nunez Consent Decree monitoring bodies.
• Assist in compiling information for bi-annual compliance reports.
• Analyze trends, identify improvements, and meet deadlines.
• Oversee urgent Nunez-related projects and track key metrics.
• Collect data from multiple sources (Excel and databases) and produce outputs.
• Understand MS Excel and Tableau functions.

Education

Bachelor's degree

High school diploma + 6 years experience

Equivalent education/experience with at least 1 year experience
