Job summary

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree and two years of experience in community work or related duties; or
• High school graduation and six years of related experience; or
• Education/experience equivalent to the above with at least one year of qualifying experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and track KPIs to monitor department performance.
• Perform descriptive statistics and regression analyses.
• Support the creation of reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Help identify trends and patterns to inform decision-making.
