Job summary

Perspectives Corporation is seeking a Compliance Coordinator to support administrative tasks across departments, assist with agency compliance for contracts, credentialing, and audits, and aid the Director of Compliance with projects and events.

The role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask while meeting licensing deadlines, with proficiency in Word and Excel.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal, written and face-to-face).
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Able to multi-task and meet deadlines for projects and licensing preparation.
  • Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel).
  • Works with autonomy, demonstrates flexibility and effectively manages time to ensure productive levels.
  • Actively participates in tasks beyond job description as assigned by the Director of Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with agency compliance for contracts, credentialing, and audits.
  • Provide administrative support for Nursing, Behavioral Health, and Maintenance departments.
  • Support Director of Compliance with projects, prep work, events and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the agency’s mission, philosophy and core values.
