Job summary

Motivational Marketing Llc seeks a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support the General Manager and Director of Compliance and Safety with safety programs, reports, and training in a warehouse setting.

You will lead safety walks, audits, and regular trainings, maintain records, and assist in incident investigations, policy development, and OSHA alignment. Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); Spanish is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with data analysis ability.

Responsibilities

• Notify team members of report due dates and collaborate with Compliance Team to ensure reports are received promptly.
• Conduct business research, analysis, and reporting.
• Lead Safety committee and conduct monthly meetings.
• File and retrieve Compliance documents, records, and reports.
• Complete monthly Safety and Food Grade audits.
• Conduct Safety Orientations for New Hires.
• Conduct regular safety training sessions and develop training materials.
• Conduct daily safety walks in the facility to ensure OSHA compliance.
• Assist in incident investigations.
• Assist in the development of safety policies and procedures ensuring alignment with OSHA and regulations.
• Maintain safety and workplace injury files and records.

General Description:The Safety & Compliance Coordinator will provide compliance and safety support to the General Manager and Director of Compliance and Safety for items related to Safety, regulatory compliance, including documentation, reporting, and training.Duties and Responsibilities:Notify team members of report due dates and collaborate with the Compliance Team to ensure all reports are received promptly.Conduct business related research, analysis, and reportingMaintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff, and agency information; Interact with clients, vendors, and visitors.Assist the Director of Compliance and Safety and Operations Manager in ensuring that all statutory reporting is completed accurately and timely.Lead Safety committee and conduct monthly meetings.File and retrieve Compliance documents, records, and reports.Complete monthly Safety and Food Grade auditsConduct Safety Orientations for New HiresConduct regular safety training sessions and develop training materialsConduct daily safety walks in the facility to ensure compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.Recommend measures to help protect workers from potential hazardsSupport in conducting incident investigations.Assist in the development of safety policies and procedures ensuring they align with OSHA standards and other relevant regulationsEnsure compliance with all safety regulationsMaintain safety and workplace injury files and records in electronic and paper formOther duties and responsibilities as assigned.Employer Rights:This job description does not list all duties of the job.
