Every driver on the road for UPT and FRTL represents a standard we take seriously, and this role is part of the team that keeps that standard in place. You will work alongside an experienced compliance team, learning on the job and building real expertise in DOT and FMCSA requirements. A good part of the work is on the phone and in your inbox, reaching out to drivers, dispatchers, and other contacts to gather documents, pull reports, and keep open items moving.
You are precise and you follow through, and the people around you know they can count on you to show up and do what you said you would do. Detail work is not a burden for you, it is how you know the job is done right. You are comfortable on the phone with drivers, dispatchers, and other contacts, and you stay professional even when people are hard to reach or slow to respond.
This team works together and everyone carries their part. The right person for this seat takes that seriously, shows up ready every day, and understands that when one person is not fully present, everyone else feels it.
