Accurate Personnel is seeking a Compliance Coordinator in Brighton, Colorado to strengthen internal controls and drive efficiency. The role requires preparing reports, conducting audits, and communicating findings to senior leadership, with a focus on reducing risk and improving profitability.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 1st shift schedule, and an excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision. Salary ranges from $50,000 to $53,000 annually, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and analyze information, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence.
• Plan and perform operational/integrated audits; focus on risk metrics/data.
• Interact with team members at all levels of the business.
• Write clear reports communicating audit observations, risks and recommendations to Senior Leadership.
• Coordinate work with branch managers and escalate as needed to complete audit tasks.
• Communicate ongoing compliance issues to Management in a timely manner.
• Identify staff and branches needing training; provide one-on-one training as needed.
• Audit Branch Compliance (I-9s, E-Verify, Onboarding docs, WOTC, 1095s) weekly.
• Establish ongoing quality assurance with company-wide training quarterly.
