• Experience with audit administration, project coordination, compliance operations, or professional services administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review prior-week time entries for staff and seniors to ensure timely submission.
• Monitor utilization metrics and identify trends needing follow-up or escalation.
• Assemble and deliver final audit reports per client requirements.
• Generate and distribute engagement letters and status reports to clients.
• Submit scheduling issues to fund or client contact promptly.
• Maintain database for current and completed audits and ensure records are up to date.
• Enter new audit work into the database and time-entry system.
• Make updates to audit templates upon request.
• Manage the department’s check-in/check-out process for auditors in the field.
• Follow up with staff who do not check in/out on time.
• Escalate issues when employers cancel appointments or withhold documentation.
• Monitor audit deadlines and identify overdue items.
• Review audits submitted and prepare utilization, hours, and production reporting.
• Confirm explanations for audits exceeding target hours are documented.
• Verify staff meet monthly submission expectations and report gaps to management.
• Ensure evaluation scores are entered for delivered audits and prepare exception reports.
