Paycom - ATS is seeking a detail-oriented compliance auditor to support the compliance function and daily operations. You will maintain records, perform moderate-audit duties, and communicate findings to management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in compliance or audits.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and writing skills; professional discretion.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned account audit procedures, loans, and maintenance; reports errors to management.
• Performs compliance duties including file maintenance, audit tracking, risk monitoring, and review of checks over $2,500.
• Maintains exception reports and tracking systems to identify defects, defect rates, and trends.
• Performs audits per pre-established guidelines (branch drawer, vault, monetary instruments, quarterly checklist, branch signage, touchpoints) and reports findings to management.
• Assists in ensuring organization complies with regulations.
• Collaborates with team to improve processes and career development.
