Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a BSA Analyst 2 responsible for preparing and submitting reports under BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, AML Act, and OFAC regulations. The role also involves investigating alerts, monitoring activities, and providing guidance across departments to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.

The candidate will perform extensive BSA/AML duties, including training and supporting audits while contributing to policy development and staying current on regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related BSA/AML compliance experience.
• Two-year college degree or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and analyze potential fraud or suspicious activity in BSA/AML compliance and file SARs.
• Identify and report CTRs and exemptions within regulatory timeframes.
• Perform OFAC screenings, 314(a)/(b) requests, MIP/MDD/EDD reviews, and support OFAC program.
• Deliver BSA/AML training across the organization and provide guidance.
