Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Casino Compliance Auditor to perform varied tasks ensuring adherence to Internal Controls and Procedures across the gaming facility. The role requires patrols of the gaming floor, verification of licenses, and actioning noncompliance concerns.

Strong reporting and communication skills are essential. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED and casino or gaming exposure preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and related experience in Casino or Gaming preferred.
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication and be able to take initiative.
• Ability to perform departmental audits, generate reports and document findings.

Responsibilities

• Perform foot patrols and observations to ensure compliance with Internal Controls.
• Verify employee licenses and vendor access as per Commission requirements.
• Interact with casino staff to ensure safe, compliant gaming operations.
• Prepare and present reports detailing observations, risks, and corrective actions.
• Assist in investigations and stay alert to safety hazards on the property.
