Job summary

PathWays is seeking a Compliance Associate to support and strengthen our organization’s compliance and quality initiatives. You will partner with leaders across the company to ensure we continue delivering exceptional human services, with a mix of auditing, training, problem-solving, collaboration, and process improvement.

You will help strengthen a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement across the agency, including readiness for audits, licensure, and reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences or a related field required
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in human services or related experience
• Experience with compliance, auditing, documentation review, quality management, or regulatory standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met
• Identify potential compliance or safety concerns and help develop solutions and corrective action plans
• Create and facilitate trainings related to compliance, accreditation standards, documentation, and best practices
• Support organizational readiness for audits, surveys, and licensure reviews
• Review documentation, electronic records, and billing information for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with the development and maintenance of compliance tools, audit systems, reports, and policies
• Monitor changes in regulations and industry standards and communicate updates to leadership
• Partner with program leadership, operations, and revenue cycle teams to identify and reduce organizational risk
• Prepare reports and track compliance trends, audit findings, and program performance
• Help strengthen a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization

What You’ll Do

As our Compliance Associate, you’ll play an important role in supporting organizational compliance, quality assurance, and risk management efforts across the agency. Responsibilities include:

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain insurability under company guidelines
• Successful completion of required criminal background and FBI clearances
• Completion of required pre-employment health screenings and tuberculosis testing
