Job summary

PathWays is seeking a Compliance Associate to strengthen our organization’s compliance and quality initiatives. You will partner with leaders to ensure we continue delivering exceptional services across the human services field.

The role involves auditing, training, problem-solving, collaboration, and process improvement while supporting regulatory readiness and continuous improvement across programs. A 4-year degree is required and relocation is not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences or related field required.
• Two years of experience in human services or related area preferred.
• Experience with compliance, auditing, documentation review, quality management, or regulatory standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct facility inspections and compliance reviews to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are met.
• Identify potential compliance or safety concerns and help develop corrective action plans.
• Create and deliver trainings related to compliance, accreditation standards, documentation, and best practices.
• Support readiness for audits, surveys, and licensure reviews.
• Review documentation, electronic records, and billing for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with development and maintenance of compliance tools, audit systems, reports, and policies.
• Monitor changes in regulations and communicate updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with program leadership, operations, and revenue cycle teams to reduce risk.
• Prepare reports and track compliance trends and program performance.
