Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations in compliance with Labor Relations Alternatives’ (LRA) standards and state and federal rules and regulations regarding violations of the rights of persons served; write analytical, factual reports related to this process; notify regulatory agencies and law enforcement as required.
• During investigations, complete onsite visits, interview witnesses and involved parties, gather evidence, weigh findings, and ensure proper documentation and chain of custody.
• Advocate for the Rights of Persons Served to agency personnel and support program quality functions to prepare the organization for licensure and recertification surveys.
