Qualifications

• Six years of experience in investigations or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of critical incidents, abuse, and rights violations.
• Interview witnesses, compile factual reports, and manage documentation.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and maintain chain of custody of evidence.
• Prepare follow-up reports and action plans with management.
• Support licensure and recertification readiness through quality assurance data.
