Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is hiring a Compliance and Regulatory Associate in Culver City, CA to manage permitting, licensing, and regulatory compliance for sorting and fulfillment facilities.

You will partner with facilities, construction, real estate, and operations to submit applications, track status, and ensure on-time approvals, while monitoring evolving local regulations.

This temporary-to-hire role offers weekly pay and a benefits package with options after one week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams across countries and jurisdictions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in working with regulators, public authorities, and cross-functional business teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end permitting and licensing process for sorting centers, fulfillment centers, and related logistics facilities.
• Identify, assess, and manage all approvals required to establish and operate facilities, including planning permissions, building and occupancy approvals, business licenses, environmental permits, fire safety approvals, signage permits, and other local operating authorizations.
• Monitor national, regional, and local regulations affecting warehouse and fulfillment operations.
• Proactively map permit requirements for upcoming sites and develop compliance timelines aligned with construction, readiness, and go-live milestones.
• Partner closely with facilities, construction, real estate, and operations teams to ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.
• Maintain a centralized tracker for active and planned applications, including submission status, renewal dates, dependencies, and ownership.

• Partner closely with facilities, construction, real estate, and operations teams to ensure applications are submitted accurately and on time.

Shifts Available:

Shifts are available from Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $30.00 to $31.00 per hour
