Job summary

The University of Washington’s Finance, Planning and Budgeting (FPB) department seeks a Compliance Analyst to support the Recharge and Service Centers within MAA. You will serve as the central admin for rate development, policy interpretation, and ongoing compliance monitoring, including 2 CFR 200 guidance.

Responsibilities include designing training, developing policies, managing programs, and extracting data from financial systems to improve transparency and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 3 years of experience.
• Experience creating or delivering training and job aids.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ERP systems, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Training Development (40%) – design and implement training programs and materials.
• Policy and Procedure Development (30%) – create and interpret policies and guidelines.
• Program Development and Administration (20%) – manage initiatives and maintain program docs.
• Data/Information Acquisition (10%) – extract, analyze, and validate financial data.
