Medical Mutual Of Ohio is seeking a Compliance Analyst II to gather statutes and regulations and compile compliance data for product filings to regulatory agencies. You will support workflows for regulatory changes and respond to filing objections, ensuring robust change management and stakeholder collaboration.

The role requires reviewing forms and processes with business and legal partners, plus QA of procedures to monitor compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; alternatives considered.
• 2 years of experience as a Compliance Analyst or equivalent in financial services, preferably health insurance.

Responsibilities

• Gather statutes, regulations and documentation for compliance reporting.
• Support regulatory change workflows and respond to filing objections.
• Administer change management with business on requirements and documentation.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Perform QA and monitor compliance of procedures and products.
• Support non‑compliance oversight and process improvements.
• Review forms and processes with business and legal partners; suggest updates.
