Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a regulatory compliance professional to support the Medicaid managed care compliance program. The role partners with the Compliance Officer to develop systems, maintain records, and promote ethical, compliant operations across the health plan.

Responsibilities include tracking deliverables, researching compliant processes, drafting communications, and supporting audits. Requires 2+ years in regulatory compliance and a Bachelor's degree, with strong preference for Medicaid

Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance; or a Master's degree.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicaid managed care.
• Project Management experience.
• Audit experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems and tools to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables and responses to state Medicaid agencies.
• Assist with research and recommendations to develop compliant business operations, processes and policies.
• Develop compliance communications in response to Medicaid agency inquiries.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program obligations as a Medicaid plan.
• Support external audit reviews and track deliverables and corrective action plans.
• Maintain internal tools and documentation for monitoring and oversight.
• Train users of systems such as Archer and contribute to system maintenance.
• Support oversight to evaluate compliance levels across the business and escalate risks.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external constituents to influence compliant outcomes.
