Qualifications

• 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience in managed care, healthcare, or insurance.
• Master's degree eligible for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systems to track, monitor, review, and submit regulatory and compliance deliverables to state Medicaid agencies on or before due dates; prepare basic regulatory reports.
• Assist with research and recommendations to develop compliant business operations, processes and policies for state Medicaid requirements.
• Develop compliant communications on behalf of the health plan in response to Medicaid inquiries or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of contractual, regulatory, and program policy obligations as a Medicaid managed care organization and advise staff accordingly.
• Support the external audit review process, including project management and corrective action tracking through to closure.
• Maintain tools and internal deliverables such as contract libraries, regulatory reporting, risk assessments, and reporting systems.
• Train users of systems (e.g., Archer), contribute to system design and maintenance, and act as a subject‑matter expert.
• Collaborate with senior team members to monitor compliance across the business and elevate risks through proper channels.
