Job summary

The University of Florida on Main Campus in Gainesville is seeking a Compliance Analyst I to conduct reviews in UFIRST, UFOLIO, myassets, myIRB and related systems, ensuring submissions are complete and compliant with agency and UF policies.

You will assist with risk mitigation, documentation, and training, advising faculty and staff on UF policies and federal regulations, including 2 CFR 200 and export controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compliance reviews in UF systems such as UFIRST, UFOLIO, myassets, myIRB and others.
• Verify submissions are complete and comply with agency and UF policies.
• Notify submitter of required changes as appropriate.
• Review compliance submissions and confirm requirements are met (training, UF role, etc.).
• Approve administrative changes to submissions (personnel changes, title changes).
• Review and approve changes to compliance documentation; conduct risk mitigation reviews.
• Report compliance issues to the applicable committee or office; maintain confidentiality/privacy.
