DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas is seeking a Housing Programs Compliance Administrator to lead compliance reviews across voucher, public housing, and LIHTC programs in Dallas. The role emphasizes auditing, reporting, and collaboration with property management to ensure adherence to federal, state, and DHA policies.

The incumbent will oversee data validation, prepare regulatory submissions, and provide technical guidance to program staff to improve overall compliance performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Ten years of LIHTC compliance experience will be an asset.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory compliance with all DHA program requirements and file documentation.
• Design studies to improve efficiency and interpret laws and agency policies.
• Monitor voucher, public housing, LIHTC programs for compliance with all regulations.
• Apply analytical techniques to assess performance and prepare recommendations.
• Assist with certifications and training for staff as needed.
• Coordinate with property staff to address compliance concerns and audits.
