Qualifications

Responsibilities

Through a combination of customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness, you'll help maintain a positive parking experience while supporting compliance with posted parking regulations.

What You'll Do

• Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
• Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
• Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions, parking information, and general support
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
• Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
• Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
• Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members
