Premium Parking is seeking a Compliance Agent to monitor parking facilities, enforce regulations, and assist guests with directions and information. You will document activity with handheld devices and support events and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules.
• Issue parking invoices and document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology.
• Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions, parking information, and general support.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues.
• Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity.
• Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition.
• Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned.
• Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
