Premium Parking is seeking a compliance agent in Nashville to help keep our parking operations safe, organized, and accessible for guests. You will blend customer service with field monitoring to support regulatory adherence and a positive parking experience.

The role involves outdoor shifts, varied hours, and the ability to walk long periods, lift up to 100 lbs, and work near moving vehicles. A background check is part of our hiring process, and training on handheld devices is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided).
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor parking facilities to ensure compliance with posted rules.
• Issue invoices and document activity using handheld technology.
• Assist guests with questions and parking information.
• Conduct routine property inspections for maintenance and safety.
• Report unauthorized parking and hazards.
• Ensure equipment and pay stations are visible and functional.
• Support events and peak periods as needed.
• Promote a safe, welcoming environment.
