Qualifications

• Competent working with computers; working knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office, and other computer software.
• Excellent time management and proven ability to prioritize tasks/projects.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team; maintain confidentiality and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide data entry, recordkeeping, filing and general administrative support for Purchasing & Reliability.
• Verify information on completed work orders and ensure all information is present; route for completion as needed.
• Manage daily tasks: scan work orders, save in proper format, attach to CMMS and close orders.
• Produce and issue a final daily summary report from coordinators' notes; archive properly.
• Assist with updating daily work schedules and monthly spend tracking; prepare KPI sheets.
• Learn and apply CMMS (Emaint) and 45Z process to track and support payroll/prevailing wage documentation.
