Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 3–5 years in protein industry, poultry ops, or compliance.
• Knowledge of animal welfare standards and audits preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process grower flock records and enter into the database.
• Assist with audit preparation and documentation collection.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and corrective action follow-up.
• Maintain grower files and records with accuracy.
• Support certification programs and animal welfare documentation.
