Job summary

Farmer Focus seeks a Compliance Admin to support the Compliance team across audits, certifications, and animal welfare documentation. You will assist with grower onboarding, flock record accuracy, and on-site inspection coordination while maintaining meticulous records and strong grower relations.

This on-site/field role involves local travel to grower meetings and inspections, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely documentation in a dynamic production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of experience in the protein industry, poultry operations, or compliance preferred.
• Knowledge of animal welfare standards and poultry regulations preferred.
• Proficient data entry, audit documentation, and report writing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process grower flock records for accuracy and enter into the database.
• Assist with audit preparation and corrective action follow-up.
• Mail weekly flock records and grower settlements as needed.
• Support grower onboarding and file maintenance.
• Coordinate on-site inspections and maintain compliance records.
• Maintain positive relationships with growers and internal teams.
