Job summary

Grimmway Produce Group is seeking a Farm Food Safety Compliance Analyst to support and strengthen our farm safety programs across our Cal Organic operations. This role focuses on compliance management, data analytics, document control, and audit preparation under the guidance of the Farming Food Safety Manager.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years of experience in food safety compliance, auditing, QA or related programs.
• Experience creating and maintaining food safety programs and records.
• Knowledge of GAPs, GFSI schemes, FSMA Produce Safety Rule, LGMA.
• Experience managing document control systems and food safety records.
• Strong analytics: collect, validate, analyze, and report data.
• Experience with food safety software systems.
• Ability to coordinate audits and maintain audit-ready records.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and multi-tasking.
• Willing to train and collaborate across teams; confidentiality required.
