Job summary

Good Day Farm is seeking a Compliance Specialist to safeguard regulatory integrity and coordinate with the Compliance Department. You will work with SVP of Compliance and Operations to ensure Arkansas and local regulations are met, including ABC, MMC, and ADH guidelines.

Regular audits, data validation, and staff training support this critical function. You will proactively identify risks, prepare reports, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced computer skills preferred.
• Experience with data systems management is strongly preferred.
• Awareness of BioTrack and regulatory reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute compliance tasks in collaboration with SVP of Compliance and facility ops.
• Remain up to date on state laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Assist with, review, and report on scheduled audits.
• Investigate BioTrack issues and elevate to management as needed.
• Coordinate with ABC and other regulatory agencies as required.
• Ensure timely notifications and reporting for regulatory compliance.
• Verify digital inventory matches physical inventory with BioTrack team.
• Train facility team on compliance topics via tailgate meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
