Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Revenue Specialist for our Revenue Management Consolidated Center (RMCC) at our Dallas, TX or McLean, VA offices. You will support teams to grow market share and outperform competitors, reporting to the Assistant Director of Revenue Management.

You will analyze pricing, lead weekly strategy meetings, and collaborate with hotel teams and RM partners to provide insights and drive enterprise objectives. This role blends analytics with stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

  • Experience learning new technology, processes, and programs.

As a Revenue Specialist, you will support the team that's helping hotels consistently grow market share and outperform competitors. You will be on the RMCC Standard Model team, reporting to the Assistant Director of Revenue Management.

What You’ll Do During a Typical Day
  • Analyze hotel pricing and inventory to propose daily pricing strategies aimed at increasing market share.
  • Lead weekly revenue management meetings with an emphasis on providing strategies based on past and future performance statistics to achieve market share growth, and cultivating a trusted advisor relationship with the hotel teams.
  • Configure several systems including GRO and OnQ R&I

  • Work with multiple teams to fulfill deadlines, improve, and accomplish shared initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hotels team and revenue management partners to gain market insight, balancing hotel, and enterprise objectives.
  • Use skills to foster trusted advisor relationships that motivate and influence internal and external partners to enhance productivity

What It Takes to Make the Stay
You Have These Minimum Qualifications
  • Proficiency in analyzing, and explaining statistical data, to develop strategies and generate a course of action
  • Experience learning new technology, processes, and programs
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
It Would Be Useful If You Have
  • BA/BS Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance, or Economics or a related field of study, OR two (2) years or more of analytical experience within revenue management, data management, reservations, or front office operations.
  • Hospitality industry experience
  • Proficient in Revenue Management systems, hotel property management systems, and industry related reports

Hilton offers its eligible team members a comprehensive benefits package to support their mental and physical well‑being, so they can Thrive personally and professionally. The pay range for this role is $52,500 – $75,000 and is determined based on applicable and specialized experience and location. Subject to plan terms and conditions, you will be eligible to participate in the Hilton Annual Incentive (Bonus) Plan, consistent with other team members at the same level and/or position within the Company.
