Job summary

Numotion in Bowling Green, KY seeks a detail‑driven customer service/order processor to support new equipment requests and ensure timely service delivery.

You will verify insurance eligibility, enter orders, communicate costs to customers, and coordinate scheduling of evaluations and adjustments while maintaining high data accuracy and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with teammates to resolve issues and uphold Numotion’s policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Minimum one year of customer service experience
• Experience in durable medical equipment industry is preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and gather demographics while entering data in the order processing system.
• Verify insurance/funding eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities to customers; obtain required medical documentation.
• Enter orders and ensure intake steps are complete and accurate.
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• De-escalate issues and resolve problems with minimal transfers.
• Coordinate scheduling of evaluations and adjustments with technicians and ATPs.
