Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Complex Plaintiff Litigation Paralegal to support our plaintiff-side litigation team. The role requires mid-level experience, strong research skills, and meticulous document management to assist with case strategy and filings.

You will work closely with attorneys, coordinate timelines, and communicate with clients and court personnel. A paralegal certificate (ABA-approved) is preferred, with a focus on professionalism and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in plaintiff litigation.
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or equivalent training.
• Strong legal research skills and understanding of legal terminology.
• Proficiency with legal research software and related tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex legal concepts.
• Strong organization and deadline management.
• Professionalism and client confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Job Details

Experience: Mid Level

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Conducting extensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.
• Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Managing large volumes of complex data and documents, ensuring they are organized and easily accessible.
• Coordinating and managing timelines for various stages of litigation.
• Communicating effectively with clients, attorneys, and court officials, providing updates and information as needed.
• Participating in client meetings and depositions, taking detailed notes and assisting with follow-up actions.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on plaintiff litigation.
• A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, or equivalent education and training.
• Exceptional legal research skills, with a strong understanding of legal terminology and principles.
• Proficiency in using legal research software and other legal technology tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• A high degree of professionalism and ethical standards, with a commitment to client confidentiality.
