Job summary

LumenCeler Group is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support plaintiff-side employment or personal injury litigation. You'll work with attorneys, manage active cases, and contribute across all phases of litigation.

Ideal candidates have a paralegal certificate or equivalent experience, 3+ years in employment or PI matters, and strong organizational and communication skills. CA-based candidates are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents
• Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
• Assist with discovery, including document review, productions, and summaries
• Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement conferences
• Conduct legal and factual research as directed
• Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and vendors
• Provide trial and hearing support as needed

Paralegal - Plaintiff-Side Employment or Personal Injury Litigation (Urgent Need)

Several highly regarded plaintiff-side law firms are seeking experienced Paralegals to support employment or personal injury matters. This role is open to candidates with plaintiff or defense-side litigation experience, including those looking to transition to plaintiff-side work.

The Role

This position offers hands-on involvement in complex employment litigation from start to finish. You’ll work closely with attorneys, manage active cases, and play a meaningful role across all phases of litigation. Ideal for paralegals who want real responsibility—not admin-heavy work.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents
