Law Tyme, Inc. in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support Plaintiff Personal Injury matters.

The ideal candidate will manage a 20-30 case load, draft pleadings, and coordinate with attorneys, clients, and court staff. This full-time in-office position offers a competitive salary, health and dental benefits, vision insurance, paid time off, and discretionary bonuses based on performance.

Competenze

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience as a paralegal.
• Ability to draft pleadings for attorney review.
• Excellent research and writing skills.
• Knowledge of local rules and civil procedures; discovery experience.

Well established, mid-size Law Firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to work in Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation.

This person will have heavy and extensive experience in Litigation, and be able to handle a case load of 20-30 cases that are in progress.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years plus of Litigation experience as a Paralegal
• Able to draft Pleadings for review by Attorney(s)
• Excellent Research and Writing skills
• Knowledge of the Local Rules and Civil Procedures
• In depth experience with the Discovery process
• Great communication skills and able to communicate with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel.
• Have a friendly and compassionate demeanor
