You will oversee electronic discovery lifecycles, organize thousands of medical records, coordinate expert witnesses, and draft discovery and trial documents while maintaining strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling complex litigation.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology.
• Experience drafting discovery and trial documents.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale electronic discovery lifecycles; manage document data rooms and review processes.

• Draft and manage complex discovery pipelines, including interrogatories and requests to production.
• Prepare legal documents: motions, pleadings, trial documents, subpoenas.

In this pivotal role, you will partner directly with senior counsel to manage multi-party and high-value litigation from inception through trial and appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee large-scale electronic discovery lifecycles; manage document data rooms, utilize advanced litigation support software, and execute sophisticated document reviews
• Analyze, synthesize, and chronologically organize thousands of pages of complex medical records to isolate critical issues, standard of care breaches, and causation links
• Identify, retain, and serve as the primary liaison for medical and technical expert witnesses; manage expert disclosures, track reports, and compile comprehensive cross-examination materials
• Draft, refine, and manage complex written discovery pipelines, including specialized interrogatories, comprehensive requests for production, and strategic requests to admit for high-exposure multi-party cases
• Prepare legal documents: motions, pleadings, trial documents, and subpoenas
• Conduct exhaustive investigative background research on corporate healthcare institutions, medical groups, and treating providers; maintain strict master calendars for fast-moving multi-party statutory deadlines
• Construct comprehensive trial binders, manage exhibits, and coordinate courtroom logistics

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, preferably handling complex litigation cases
• Strong understanding of medical terminology
