Losh Associates is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support the defense litigation team, perform research, file documents, and draft various litigation materials. The ideal candidate is hardworking and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities include preparing case documents, organizing files, conducting research, and communicating with clients and witnesses, with trial prep support and document review as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Litigation Paralegal handling complex defense litigation files: catastrophic injury, trucking, liability or construction.
• Paralegal Certification, Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with legal procedures, terminology, and the court system.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with document management experience.
• Excellent research skills.
• Comfortable Microsoft Office and case management software.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.

• Ensure that case-related documents are well organized and available for review.
