Job summary

Hilton Mystic is seeking an experienced Complex Director of Human Resources to lead HR functions across two properties in Mystic, CT. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership to drive engagement, compliance, and a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and DEI efforts while guiding senior leaders on HR policies and initiatives. Hilton experience is preferred; Paycom experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience directing HR in a complex organization.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Experience with Paycom is a plus.
• Hilton experience preferred.
