Listed within this posting is the anticipated salary range for this position, plus variable incentive compensation. The Complex Claims Specialist exercises independent judgment and discretion in the investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of highly complex, high-severity commercial casualty claims. The role serves as a technical resource to the claims organization, providing oversight, guidance, and strategic direction on significant exposure claims involving litigation, catastrophic injuries, complex coverage issues, and large financial exposures.
