Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking dedicated program advisors to provide one-on-one guidance to students and lead workshops in schools and campuses across Missouri. You will build relationships with staff and community partners while tracking student progress and outcomes.

The role emphasizes supporting students through college applications, financial aid, and postsecondary planning, with opportunities for coaching and targeted interventions to help persistence and graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must pass federal and state background checks
• Must live within 45 minutes of placement site
• Reliable transportation
• Full-term commitment is required
• No prior experience is required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Self-motivated with sound judgment and initiative

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one guidance to a cohort of students.
