Job summary

Reinhausen Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance leader to drive the quality strategy across our operations in the United States.

You will lead the Quality department, partner with production teams, and guide continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet the highest standards. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to implement robust QA processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure ISO 9001 compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least three years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of quality engineering, production support, root cause analysis, and standardized problem-solving methods.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 requirements, supplier development, and quality performance reporting.
• Effective communicator and leader who collaborates across teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the Quality department and translate quality strategy into clear priorities.
• Lead quality planning by identifying process risks and developing inspection, sampling, testing, and evaluation methods.
• Partner with production to investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Evaluate inspection results and quality concerns, monitor KPIs, and use trends to identify improvements.
• Strengthen supplier quality and maintain ISO 9001 compliance.

What you bring to the table:

• You have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering, or a combination of education and relevant engineering experience
• You have at least three years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role
• You have advanced knowledge of quality engineering, production support, root cause analysis, and standardized problem-solving methods
• You have experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 requirements, supplier development, and quality performance reporting
• You are an effective communicator and leader who works independently, builds credibility, remains composed, and collaborates successfully across teams
