What awaits you

• You will provide leadership and direction for the Quality department while translating the company's quality strategy into clear priorities and actions
• You will lead quality planning by identifying process risks, establishing countermeasures, and developing effective inspection, sampling, testing, and evaluation methods
• You will partner with production to investigate quality issues, determine root causes, and implement sustainable solutions using standardized quality methods
• You will evaluate inspection results and quality concerns, monitor key performance indicators, and use trends to identify improvement priorities
• You will strengthen supplier quality, support continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with ISO 9001 requirements

What you bring to the table

• You have a bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering, or a combination of education and relevant engineering experience
• You have at least three years of experience in a Quality Assurance leadership role
• You have advanced knowledge of quality engineering, production support, root cause analysis, and standardized problem-solving methods
• You have experience with Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 requirements, supplier development, and quality performance reporting
• You are an effective communicator and leader who works independently, builds credibility, remains composed, and collaborates successfully across teams
