Job summary

WEKA, a data and memory infrastructure company, seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for AI Inference. You will shape WEKA's inference strategy, engage early customers, and work with product and engineering to win in AI inference at scale.

You’ll be responsible for positioning, messaging, and GTM for AI clouds, with a focus on economics, proof, and scalable content that drives adoption among AI-native teams and service providers.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product marketing, product management, solution marketing, or related roles in enterprise technology.
• Experience taking a new market proposition from early stage to traction, in startups or internal ventures.
• Strong fundamentals across discovery, positioning, messaging, launches and GTM strategy.
• Working knowledge of AI inference, model serving, GPU memory, and production cost dynamics.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear customer value.

Responsibilities

• Inference Positioning & Messaging: Define WEKA's positioning, messaging, value propositions, priority use cases, and competitive differentiation.
• AI Cloud & Service Provider Proposition: Own the core proposition for AI clouds and cloud providers that serve inference.
• Design Partners & Early Customers: Work with Product and Sales to recruit design partners and early adopters.
• Inference Economics: Define and quantify WEKA’s economic value across GPU utilization, time-to-first-token, throughput, concurrency, tokens per GPU, and cost per token.
• Proof & Evidence: Turn benchmarks and deployments into credible proof with engineering and customers.
• Shape the Product: Partner with Product to build winning inference capabilities based on market evidence.
• Test, Launch, and Learn: Lead product marketing for new inference capabilities and launches.
• Create High-Impact Content: Develop blogs, web pages, solution briefs, presentations, and customer stories.
• Build the Path to Scale: Create repeatable plays and enablement for Sales and Partners.
• Be an External Voice: Represent WEKA's inference story with customers, analysts, and press.
• Measure Impact: Track signals of product-market fit and win rates to drive pipeline.
