Qualifications

• Advanced spotting experience with gymnasts.
• Experience coaching optional-level athletes and advanced skill progressions.
• Strong technical knowledge across bars, beam, floor, and vault.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train athletes in developmental programs (Levels 7–10).
• Coach upper-level Xcel routines (Platinum, Diamond, Sapphire).
• Provide advanced spotting and ensure safety during progression-based training.
