Job summary

Penske in Reading, PA seeks a Compensation Training Specialist to design, deliver and manage compensation training for leaders, HR partners, and managers. You will collaborate with Talent Development to leverage learning systems, track progress, and ensure materials stay current with regulations and practices.

Responsibilities include creating training plans, delivering sessions (in-person or virtual), and developing pay communications while diagnosing training needs and recommending effective

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent compensation/training experience.
• CCP required or willingness to obtain within 1-2 years.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
• 3 years of Training experience required.
• 3 years of Compensation or HR experience strongly preferred.
• Strong training and development skills.
• Analytical skills preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation practices and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and administer compensation training for leaders, HR partners and managers.
• Design training plans and materials for HR partners and hiring managers.
• Ensure training materials are up to date and aligned with current practice and regulations.
• Create training materials for annual processes such as merit and bonus entry.
• Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for managers, leaders and HR partners.
• Establish a training calendar and recommend modules/courses for various audiences.
• Act as a consultant to diagnose training needs and provide recommendations.
• Develop and maintain pay communications for HR and manager use.
• Partner with Talent Development to utilize learning systems to track training progress.
• Use a variety of training tools and delivery methods to reach diverse audiences.
