Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or IT environment required
• 4+ years of relevant compensation experience
• Knowledge of HRIS and compensation processes
• HRIP/PHR/SPHR/SHRM certifications preferred or PMP preferred

Responsibilities

• Understands and maintains CHOP's HR Technology applications related to compensation and integrated technologies
• Diagnose, document, and resolve compensation application issues
• Configure compensation systems and support agile development lifecycle
• Lead annual compensation cycle configuration, reporting, and benchmarking
• Develop dashboards and reports for leadership decision making
• Train Compensation team members on compensation technologies and data integrity
