The Compensation Support Analyst provides hands‑on analytical and project support to the Compensation team. This temporary, part‑time role supports compensation activities such as job architecture, job description review, market pricing, process audits, documentation, and data analysis. The position prepares compensation reports and recommendations, maintains organized project documentation, and helps identify opportunities for process improvement. Assignments may include defined project tasks or independently managed workstreams under the direction of Compensation leadership.
