Job summary

Insight Global in Monroe, Ohio is seeking a Compensation Specialist to analyze, benchmark, and administer the organization’s pay programs. You will partner with Core HR, HRIS, Finance, and business leaders to ensure that pay practices are competitive and equitable.

The role involves preparing reports, modeling and maintaining job descriptions to support workforce planning and internal equity. A CCP and SAP SuccessFactors experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in compensation, total rewards compensation analytics; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Experience managing compensation cycles within SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
• Highly proficient with Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and HRIS; knowledge of relational databases and reporting tools.
• Experience running HCM reports along with ad hoc capabilities; advanced reporting tools and analytical experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, implement, benchmark and administer the organization’s compensation programs.
• Partner with Core HR, HRIS, Finance and business leaders to support salary benchmarking and compensation planning.
• Prepare reports and modeling to support decision‑making and evaluate internal equity and market competitiveness.
• Develop and maintain accurate job documentation, including writing and updating role descriptions for proper job classification and workforce planning.
