Job summary

ACL Digital in San Diego, CA is seeking a Compensation professional to support core compensation programs, market benchmarking, and annual pay reviews. You will partner with HR and Talent Acquisition to build competitive offers and resolve pay-related inquiries.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years (with BA), 4+ yrs (Assoc), or 6+ yrs HS in compensation/HR/finance, strong Excel, benchmarking survey experience, and hands-on Workday and ServiceNow experience, plus clear communication to explain

Qualifications

• 2+ years with Bachelor’s in Compensation/HR/Finance (or 4+ with Associate’s or 6+ with HS).
• Advanced Excel skills for large data sets.
• Experience with compensation surveys (Radford, Mercer, Aon-Hewitt).
• Experience with Workday and ServiceNow for pay processes.

Key Requirements
